You may need to change your email address because you mistyped your email while creating an account, or you have simply moved on to a new email and need your parent account to reflect that. 


If you have yet not signed up for a Kinderlime account:
You can contact your school with your request. A staff member at the school will be able to make the change for your contact information.


If you have already signed up for a Kinderlime account:
You will need to send an email to contact@kinderlime.com with: 

  • your name
  • your child's name
  • your school's name
  • your current email address
  • the email address that you would like to use from now on

A Kinderlime representative will be able to make the change for you and let you know once it has been completed.
