After adding your staff, you can open up their profiles to include more detailed information, like a photo, phone number, address and hire date. 


Here's how it works:

Go to My School > Staff and click on the name of the staff member you want to view.

From here, you will be able to:

  • Click on the gray profile silhouette to add a photo of the staff member
  • Click on the pencil icon next to each line to edit that item
  • Include this staff member's ratio number, which will eventually tie in with our Ratio Monitoring feature
