So, you've already created recurring plans and saved them as templates. Fantastic job! The hard work is over. 

Now you need to assign a plan to all of your students, to a new student, or to students whose plans have changed.

Here's what to do:

  1. Go to Billing > Recurring Plans and click on the Plan Templates tab at the top. 

2. Click on the blue Assign button next to the template you want to assign. The template will pop-up for your review

3. If all looks good, click Continue, select the child(ren) you want to assign the template to, then click Create Plan. You'll be able to see the student's plan under the Active Plans tab.
