While on the Billing > Family Account page, you have a view of all of the families, their last invoice amount, their last payment amount, and their current open balance. 

Along the top, you have a view of how much your account currently has in recorded payments made, payments that are in process, and payments that are still due. 

You can click on these amounts to filter your screen for only the payments that are in process, or the amounts that are still unpaid. 

When the Amount In Process or the Amount Unpaid filter is selected, you will see students of all enrollment statuses while the Amount Paid will show only Active Students.
