If you accept credit card or bank account (ACH) payments you may eventually experience a Failed Payment.
This happens for a variety of reasons and doesn't necessarily mean the parent's funds are the cause. Follow these directions to remedy the situation:
Step 1: Contact Stripe's customer service
Kinderlime does not process payments so we are unable to look up why a payment has been declined. Payments are processed through Stripe, our payment processor. Click this link to navigate to their support page.
Step 2: Based on the info you receive from Stripe, you can contact the parent to arrange to charge again or accept payment in a different form.
