If a parent is not getting sign in/out emails, Daily Sheet or photo emails, one of the following may be the cause:

1. Their email has not been entered by the school as a parent email. Ensure the parent's email is in the system

2. The emails are going into spam. Have the parent send an email to contact@kinderlime.com with the subject "Adding Kinderlime to my Contacts". This will ensure Kinderlime is in the list of trusted domains. Have the parent search for emails from "kinderlime.com" and mark/tag them as important

3. Check the child's profile. The box for "Automatic Sign In/Out Notification?" should be checked.
