Here are a few questions you can ask a parent who cannot log in:

  1. Have they signed up as a parent on the website? They have to sign up otherwise they can't login
  2. Did they get an email with the subject "Please verify your email for Kinderlime"? Have them click on that email verification link
  3. Have they forgotten their password? If so, have them click on Forgot Password button
  4. Are they using the same email address they received the photo/communication from the school?
