Here are a few questions you can ask a parent who cannot log in:
- Have they signed up as a parent on the website? They have to sign up otherwise they can't login
- Did they get an email with the subject "Please verify your email for Kinderlime"? Have them click on that email verification link
- Have they forgotten their password? If so, have them click on Forgot Password button
- Are they using the same email address they received the photo/communication from the school?
